What to do if the pole of the grow tent is defective or missing?

Please kindly note that you are unable to buy replacement poles locally or online cause poles for our grow tents are customized by our supplier so you could not find proper ones elsewhere. But no need to worry, we are still able to make it up to you if poles are defective or missing. First, please confirm which poles are having issue according to the manual which is included in the package. Each pole has corresponding name on the manual. Then please contact our customer service via email or phone, let us know the name and quatity of the issued poles so that we could know the situation better and quicker. After feedback, we will try our best to find replacement poles from our warehouse and ship them to you as soon as possible. If replacement poles are not available at our warehouse, we will contact our supplier to send ones from China and shipping shoud take 3-4 weeks. For orders that have been out of warranty, customers are responsible for cost and international shipping fee.

A grow tent is ideal and optimal growing environments indoors.

Grow tents let you control the light, water, temperature, and humidity with grow light and other equipments, so that your plants can grow faster and stronger. How to choose and set a proper grow tent?

1. Where
It is recommended to keep the growing area indoors or in a sheltered area, such as a garage, so you won't need to be quite as exacting regarding materials and durability for the perfect grow tent. Placing the grow tent outdoor is also fine, but you need to make sure the materials of the grow tent are strong enough to fend off elements. Most growers recommend placing the grow tent in an area with a waterproof floor.
2. Outter Space
Please make sure the length, width and height of the space you intend to set up the grow tent in. The tent should be slightly smaller than the space to allow for easy setup and maintenance. How many plants do you want to grow and how big do you want those plants to be? The size of your plants greatly effects what tents you want to be looking at
3. Internal Space
You will also need to consider what your gardening goals are, and what size tent will allow you to achieve them. Think about your space, the type and number of plants you want to grow and the amount of room you will need inside to maneuver. Another consideration is if you want to start continuous harvesting or if you want to grow in distinct cycles. If you just want a few shelves of small plants, you may do fine with a 'shorty' setup allowing you to reach inside to care for them without actually entering.
4. Functions
What functions you want the grow tent could do or provide? I would like to tell you what advantages a good grow tent should carry. Thick and sturdy material on the outside to prevent effects of outter light. Efficient film on the inside enhances reflective effect and maintain temperature, maximumly improve efficiency of grow light. More space for fan and filter installating to vent and control humidity and temperature. Big enough to place grow light and other euipments for providing enough light for planting.

Is there any troubleshooting for zippers? The zippers are very stiff and hard to open and close.

The zipper head is stuck on the interlining of the back of the zipper, causing difficulties in opening and closing. You can cut the interlining of the zipper slightly with scissors first, and then slowly pull the zipper head out of the interlining.
