Light Not Working? Here's How to Troubleshoot It

1. Ensure the switch has been turned on when charging.
2. Ensure the solar collection area on the solar panel has been exposed to sunlight. If there is dust/dirt on the solar collection area, it can interfere with solar charging, please wipe it with a wrung-out damp cloth.
3. Ensure you have fully charged it. It takes 8 to 10 hours to charge fully if exposed to sufficient sunlight.
4. After charging in the sunlight for a day, try covering the solar panel with your hand or something to see if it can light up normally. If it does not light up, please try to remove the back cover of the solar panel, and use a multimeter to check the voltage of the battery inside, if the voltage is less than 1V, likely, it is not charged fully.
5. When using it at nighttime, ensure the solar panel is not exposed to any lighting sources like porch lights or street lights, as the solar panel will supply power to the light only when it is in dark conditions.
6. Ensure the item is not exposed to rain or water, as it may damage the solar panel.
7. If your area doesn't have enough sunlight, you can try to charge the battery via a battery charger, but make sure the charger is compatible and follow the instruction of the charger to charge the battery.
