What to do if the pole of the grow tent is defective or missing?

Please kindly note that you are unable to buy replacement poles locally or online cause poles for our grow tents are customized by our supplier so you could not find proper ones elsewhere. But no need to worry, we are still able to make it up to you if poles are defective or missing. First, please confirm which poles are having issue according to the manual which is included in the package. Each pole has corresponding name on the manual. Then please contact our customer service via email or phone, let us know the name and quatity of the issued poles so that we could know the situation better and quicker. After feedback, we will try our best to find replacement poles from our warehouse and ship them to you as soon as possible. If replacement poles are not available at our warehouse, we will contact our supplier to send ones from China and shipping shoud take 3-4 weeks. For orders that have been out of warranty, customers are responsible for cost and international shipping fee.

What is a grow tent and why do I need it?

Grow tent also called as 'Grow room', which is basically a convenient, portable enclosed frame that allows you to grow a variety of plants indoors. The frame is easily assembled from light, strong poles that slot together and are covered with a thick canvas outer layer. If you are a gardener or planting expert, or you want your plants to be grew better and do some tests but you don't have a garden or too much outdoor space for your work. A grow tent is ideal and optimal growing environments indoors.
Grow tents let you have fresh produce year-round by creating an appropriate environment for your indoor hydroponic garden. You have improved control over the growing environment. Grow tents let you control the light, water, temperature, and humidity with grow light and other equipments, so that your plants can grow faster and stronger. Also, it conserves energy and provides circulating fresh air. Eliminating and avoiding any pests.

How to choose and set a proper grow tent?

1. Where
It is recommended to keep the growing area indoors or in a sheltered area, such as a garage, so you won't need to be quite as exacting regarding materials and durability for the perfect grow tent. Placing the grow tent outdoor is also fine, but you need to make sure the materials of the grow tent are strong enough to fend off elements. Most growers recommend placing the grow tent in an area with a waterproof floor.
2. Outter Space
Please make sure the length, width and height of the space you intend to set up the grow tent in. The tent should be slightly smaller than the space to allow for easy setup and maintenance. How many plants do you want to grow and how big do you want those plants to be? The size of your plants greatly effects what tents you want to be looking at
3. Internal Space
You will also need to consider what your gardening goals are, and what size tent will allow you to achieve them. Think about your space, the type and number of plants you want to grow and the amount of room you will need inside to maneuver. Another consideration is if you want to start continuous harvesting or if you want to grow in distinct cycles. If you just want a few shelves of small plants, you may do fine with a 'shorty' setup allowing you to reach inside to care for them without actually entering.
4. Functions
What functions you want the grow tent could do or provide? I would like to tell you what advantages a good grow tent should carry. Thick and sturdy material on the outside to prevent effects of outter light. Efficient film on the inside enhances reflective effect and maintain temperature, maximumly improve efficiency of grow light. More space for fan and filter installating to vent and control humidity and temperature. Big enough to place grow light and other euipments for providing enough light for planting.

Is there any troubleshooting for zippers? The zippers are very stiff and hard to open and close.

The zipper head is stuck on the interlining of the back of the zipper, causing difficulties in opening and closing. You can cut the interlining of the zipper slightly with scissors first, and then slowly pull the zipper head out of the interlining.

Can this be set up so the reflective side is on the out side?

It is not recommended to set up the the reflective side on the outside. Grow tent walls are designed to reflect back the most light that is usable by your plants, that is why a grow tent has reflective materials on all sides including the floor and ceiling. The more light bounce from your grow light back towards your plants, the higher chance you have at producing bigger and better plants. If you set up the the reflective side on the outside, the light will lost and your plants will not grow better.

Can I use the grow tent outside in winter?

It is not recommended to use the grow tent outside in winter, as plants like the air around them to be warm, and if you put it outside in winter, it will be too cold for the plants to grow, it may even effect the plants healthy and safe. We suggest you use it indoor so you can maintain the environment and the temperature inside the tent easily.

Does this grow tent come with fan or light?

This grow tent does not contain lights or fans, but it has crossbar and hook for you to install the lights or fans, all you need to do is to buy the fans or lights separately. It supports LED, fluorescent, incandescent or HID grow light and the weight capacity of the crossbar is 88Lbs, you can pick the best light according to your needs.

Is hard to assemble this grow tent?

It is easy to assemble this grow tent, we provide step by step instruction and you can just follow the instruction to assemble it. But there are some kind notes for you:
(1) It requires at least 2 people to assemble the grow tent and you may need a large space to spread it out ;
(2) It is highly recommended that you check the connections of pipes before putting the frame down;
(3) Children should not be around when installing the tent in case of danger;

Is the grow tent easy to rip?

Where should I place the grow tent?

You can place it wherever you like, for example, in the basement, or in a dedicated grow room. There are several things you may need to consider when placing the grow tent:
1. The room big enough to accommodate it;
2. It has enough heat coming into the growing area when it's cold, and plenty of airflow and air circulation during the hot months.
3. Do not place grow tent near a deck, stairs, chair, or other unsafe structure;
4. Do not expose the grow tent to moisture, fire, heating source or direct sunlight;
