Cup Sealer: Do you have cup holder rings to sell?

We currently do not sell cupp holder rings separately but may do so in the future according to the needs of our customers. If you require to order parts, you may contact us but keep in mind that a valid order placed with our store is required and we will help you order parts from our supplier.

Does Wechef Cup Sealer include the sealing film?

The sealing film is not included and you need to buy it separately. There are several types of sealing film you can buy and when using different sealing film, the sealing temperature need to be different.
Film Material & Sealing Temperature:
PP(Polypropylene): 338 to 410°F (170 to 210°C)
PE(Polyethylene): 338 to 374°F (170 to 190°C)
PS(Polystyrene): 356 to 374°F (180 to 190°C)
PET(Polyester): 320 to 392°F (160 to 200°C)
Easy Ripping Film: 248 to 356°F (120 to 180°C)

How to clean the cup ring?

1. Using wet towel to clean the cup ring and dry it with a new dry towel would be fine.
2. If there are marks that are not easy to be cleaned. Please combine one part toothpaste with two parts baking soda to create a thick paste. Apply some of the mixture to the white heat mark on your wood table and allow it to sit for a minute or two before wiping it from the surface. You may need to do this a few times in order for the stain to fully disappear.

Does Wechef Manual Cup Sealer work to seal glass jars?

Unfortunately our Maunal cup sealer can't seals glass jars, it can only be used for sealing PE, PP, PS, PET, paper and easy ripping film cups which is under 4 5/16" (110mm) in height and 3 holding sizes for fitting cup diameter of 2 13/16", 3" and 3 3/4". It has a fast sealing speed and can seal 300 to 500 cups per hour perfectly without leaking, which is suitable for large amount beverage sealing process of business.
