Why odor after toilet installation???

1. Please check if the toilet base is secured properly in place, then it'll allow sewer gases to escape. You can fix this problem by tightening all the bolts that hold the toilet base in place.
2. It would be better to have an wax o-ring under the toilet before attaching it to the floor flange. A toilet wax ring prevents leaks from the bottom of the toilet. They're durable and relatively simple to install.
3. Get into the habit of pouring ?? cup of baking soda or 1 cup of vinegar with hot water down the drain weekly. Toilets can keep odor around even if you clean the toilet bowl regularly with strong cleaner or even bleach.

Why water is slow in the toilet and leaking outside?

1. Please take off the water inlet, check if the flow rate of water supply is normal.
2. We have a 1/2'' water inlet pipe included. Please use the attached water supply line or a special water supply line. Do not use a combination that combines with a rubber hose and connector. That's the reason and origin of leaking and low water pressure.
3. If leaking still, please provide us a picture of the leaking water and circle the part that water leaks from for further investigation.

What to do if it no longer holds water in the bowl?

It is likely that the bottom screws which used to connect the ball valve and sealing ring are loose. Please turn the toilet upside down and refer to the video to tighten the screws via a long screw driver. https://youtu.be/j2rJT7GxukU
If cs has tried to tighten the bottom screws but it does not fix the issue, it is likely the components inside are broken, which is not easy for cs to fix, please offer a RPL to cs.
