Can I do writting and erasing on the WinSpin Prize Wheel?

Yes we have a water-based mark pen included in each prize wheel, so you can use it to write on the top plate of the prize wheel. The top plate is finished with acrylic boards for easier maintenance of writting and erasing. After writting, it is convenient and easy to erase contents with attached eraser according to your needs. If the pen runs out, please replace it with another water-base mark pen instead of other mark pens to avoid leaving unremoveable marks on the plate. If by any chance the mark is not coming off, you can try to wipe it with a small amount of alcohol.

2 useful tools for Winspin Dual-Use prize wheel

A prize wheel is a great tool to bring prospective customers to your booth and make your booth stand out. However, you may come across two issues while using the prize wheel, first issue is the marker pen and dry eraser are small and they can easily be lost or forgotten, and the second is that most of customers are interested in the prizes and may not listen to you carefully. To address these 2 common issues, we have 2 useful tools.
First is the WinSpin Letter Size Acrylic Holder. This is a transparent display that can hold your business cards, brochures, and flyers. When customers are spinning the prize wheel and waiting for it to stop, your logo, slogan, or anything else that highlights your brand can be displayed in their field of vision. It is a very helpful tool to display your brand and allows your customers to take one of the items if they are interested.
Second is the WinSpin 8x9.5 in Acrylic Tray . This tray is designed to hold the marker pen and/or dry eraser. Since it mounts to the prize wheel, you could also place your business card or other things that can represent your company on this tray.
Please notes: These 2 tools only work for our Dual-Use prize wheel, they will not work for our standard prize wheel.

The prize wheel always lands on same spot, how to fix it?

If the prize wheel always lands on the same spot, it can be very embarrassing if you are the event planner. Why does the prize wheel land on the same spot, and how can you fix it? There are 3 reasons that the prize wheel might land on the same spot.
#1. When the prize wheel is being made, the manufacturer needs to drill a hole in the center of the wheel, which allows you to mount the wheel on the stand. If the hole is off-center, it will cause the prize wheel to be off balance, and it will always land on the same spot.
#2. If you place the prize wheel on an uneven surface, the prize wheel will be lopsided and spin incorrectly. Please always place the prize wheel on a level surface.
#3. If the bolt and screw are not tightened properly, it can affect the way the prize wheel spins and it may lands on same spot. They can also come loose after extended use, so you may need to retighten them. Try tightening the bolt and screw and see if the issue is resolved.

How to install Winspin Acrylic Holder to Winspin Dual-Use Prize wheel

The installation is easy and simple. The dual-use prize wheel contains a middle connector piece, which is used when you connect the top and bottom poles for the floor stand. In our instruction manual, it is referred to as the "extension pack holder". There are grooves on the middle connector, and you can slide the metal head of the acrylic holder into one of the grooves, then fasten the screw on the back of the acrylic holder.
