Our Ocean
Take advantage of the vast open sea and catch some fish! You can set up some rods and place some bait on them while you get to enjoy the calmness of the waves waiting for a catch. If you’re lucky enough you might be able to see some dolphins because they like to travel in pods and tend to move up to 80 miles per day. They will most likely be jumping in repetition making it easier to spot from a distance and they are very curious creatures that will most likely jump nearby to say Hi! Another very curious creature that likes to travel in pods and near the shores of islands are whales ! They have to breach the surface to breathe so hopefully you can get lucky and grab a glimpse of one the largest creatures in not only the ocean but also the world. On the boat you’ll be able to experience mammals and fish that you could not normally see without a maritime ride so take some time to take pictures and send us some of your favorites!
Another great perk of partaking in a ride of the ocean is being able to travel freely wherever your heart desires. If your crew is sailing the sea with no goal in mind, which is one fantastic way to travel, why not look for the nearest islands? There are plenty of marine life that like to reside near the shores of islands and they usually contain extensive coral reefs that attract all types of life.
Can We Save It?
The earth is not in a great state at the current moment with global warming not only affecting the ozone layer but manmade assimilation of the earth is starting to affect natural environments. Coral reefs are decreasing in size and are suffering abuse from trash that washes from the shore sometimes left on the beach. That is why it is very important to take care of our natural resources and pick up after ourselves no matter where you are. If you're out in the open sea don't leave any trash out on the water it can affect the life of animals such as turtles getting plastic stuck in their neck or throats. If we all do our part and reduce the amount of trash we leave behind we can begin to reverse the effects of global warming before it gets to a point of no return.
Once your voyage is complete and you are done sailing with your crew you can put your SS back to rest for another great adventure at another time. Meanwhile, in order to save some water from having to clean your boat again for the next trip, this heavy duty poly tarp can protect your boat's exterior and prevent any dust from getting in, therefore removing the need to clean it.
