Grommet Machine: The eyelets can't come out from the eyelet box even eyelet box has enough eyelets

1. Pull the guide rail outward slightly (please note do not put your hand between the top and bottom die), at the same time press the pedal quickly (dot not press the pedal to the end);
2. If it does not work, please check the eyelet box whether it has any sundries or deformation, and then take out sundries or deformation.
3. If there's no sundries when you open the eyelet box, please check the brush if it's damaged.If the brush is damaged, then you need to replace a new brush.

Grommet Machine: The eyelets can't be pressed firmly

Please kindly check the pressure gauge. If the reading of pressure is less than 0.6MPa (6 Bar), then the problem is that the pressure is not high enough. Please kindly wait until the reading of pressure is higher than 0.6MPa (6 Bar).
If you have checked the pressure gauge and confirm it has no issue, but it still has the same problem, please kindly contact our customer service with your order information and issue details. It will help a lot if you can provide some pictures or a short video to show the problem at the same time.

Would this machine be able to punch through banners hem with webbing reinforcement ?

I am afraid that this product would not be able to punch through banners hem with webbing reinforcement. If the material is too thick and too hard to be worn, normally it cannot be punched directly. Please manually open a hole of equal size in the corresponding position of the material, and then punch the hole.
